There are two types of class offered during the summer: those for non-francophones, and those for French speakers who wish to improve their knowledge of another language.
FOR NON FRENCH-SPEAKING STUDENTS:
INTENSIVE LANGUAGE LESSONS (French, German, English)
LEVEL I: BEGINNER
For students beginning a new language.
Objectives: Acquisition of the basics of a foreign language.
LEVEL II: ELEMENTARY
For students who have little knowledge of the language and have not acquired the elementary skills or lack practice.
Objectives: Improvement of a foreign language.
LEVEL III: INTERMEDIATE
For students who already speak the language to some extent but need practice and grammar precision.
Objectives: Ease and confidence using a foreign language.
LEVEL IV: ADVANCED
Intended for students who master the language and wish to put it into practice and improve.
Objectives: Accurate use and familiarisation with cultural aspects through literature, history and civilisation.
FOR FRENCH-SPEAKING STUDENTS:
Objectives: reaching the expected level and improvement.
LEVELS:
All levels of obligatory school, from primary (CE2 in French system, 3rd grade USA, Year 4 UK) to high school.
